Actual client engagements are governed by a separately signed scope of work or services agreement — these terms cover the website and general use of our services, not a specific project's deliverables, timeline, or price.
Who we are
Worqship is a software development agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, operating as a remote team. We design and build custom software, web and mobile applications, internal tools, and integrations for startups and businesses.
Getting a quote
We don't publish fixed prices, because the right price depends entirely on scope. When you get in touch, we'll have a scoping conversation and provide a clear, written quote before any paid work begins. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quote or offer.
Project engagements
Each client project is governed by its own signed scope of work or services agreement, which sets out deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms, and code ownership specific to that project. Where anything in a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement takes priority.
Code ownership
Unless a specific project agreement says otherwise, source code and deliverables we build for a client are transferred to that client on final payment. Internal tools and products we build and operate ourselves (shown on our Work page) remain our property.
Website content
The content on this Site — including text, design, and the Worqship name and logo — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute it without our written consent.
Portfolio & case studies
Client projects shown on this Site are shared with permission. Descriptions reflect what we built and why; they're not a guarantee that a similar project for you would produce identical results, since every engagement is scoped to its own requirements.
Third-party links
Links to client sites, tools, and other third-party destinations are provided for reference. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of sites we don't operate.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't limit any liability we take on under a signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Worqship is based. If a dispute isn't already covered by a signed client agreement, that's the law we'd fall back on.
